| When enjoying a day at the beach remember the following ten important items: 1. A sun cream and a lip balm with a good PH factor / sun blocker 2. A great carry-all bag which is preferably waterproof, canvas or towelling, 3. A comfortable swimsuit preferably with wider shoulder straps for comfort and support. 4. A colorful and absorbent beach towel 5. A good pair of sunglasses which block harmful UV rays. 6. A comfortable pair of flip flops for walking on the hot sand. 7. A wide brimmed hat or peaked cap. 8. A soft and comfortable beach robe or an outfit that is easy to change into. 9. Wet wipes and /or face spritzer with a fan. 10. Water in an insulated pouch/container (Warning: Don't allow water to get warm in plastic bottles). |
