MintJulep     

Traditional Recipe
2 cups of water 2 cups of sugar 7 sprigs of fresh mint
Crushed ice and Bourbon Whiskey  
Julep Cups (preferably silver)                
Boil water and sugar together for 5 minutes
Cover the syrup mixture and allow it to cool
Refrigerate (preferably overnight)
Fill each Julep Cup individually
Start with the crushed ice
One tablespoon of the mint syrup
Then two ounces of Bourbon Whiskey
Quickly stir with a spoon to produce a frost
on the outside of the Julep Cup.
Lastly garnish with a spring of fresh mint

Monthly Cocktail
Irish Coffee   
1 Jigger Irish whiskey
Freshly brewed strong coffee
Hot water
Heaped teaspoon of granulated sugar
Real double/whipping cream
Silver spoon
Glass

Warm the glass with hot water
Add the sugar
Pour on the whiskey
Pour on the coffee (up to 2/3 of the glass)
Pour the cream (slightly whipped so
thick but still fluid) carefully over the
back of the silver spoon so that it floats
on the coffee and whiskey.
Serve immediately. Sit back and enjoy.
This will warm the cockles of your heart!
French Vanilla Mudslide
2 parts Kahlua French Vanilla
1 part Stoli Vodka
1/2 Irish Cream Liqueur
1 part milk, cream or ice cream

Combine all ingredients in a
blender and add ice. Blend till
smooth or serve on the rocks.

1 oz. Jose Cuervo Especial
3 oz. Jose Cuervo Lime
Margarita Mix
1/2   cup crushed ice (or more)
Salt
Lime wedge

Mix all ingredients (except lime
and salt) in a blender.

One part Pimm's No.1 Cup
Two parts Sprite (or similar
fizzy lemonade)
Add ice.
Garnish with Cucumber,
Strawberries or Mint Leaves

and sit back and enjoy the sun!
