| Irish Coffee 1 Jigger Irish whiskey Freshly brewed strong coffee Hot water Heaped teaspoon of granulated sugar Real double/whipping cream Silver spoon Glass Warm the glass with hot water Add the sugar Pour on the whiskey Pour on the coffee (up to 2/3 of the glass) Pour the cream (slightly whipped so thick but still fluid) carefully over the back of the silver spoon so that it floats on the coffee and whiskey. Serve immediately. Sit back and enjoy. This will warm the cockles of your heart! |
